Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer support in Norwegian, addressing inquiries related to flight bookings, itinerary changes, cancellations, and other travel-related services.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring traveler satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and maintain comprehensive records for quality assurance and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with various airline departments to escalate complex issues while ensuring effective communication with customers.
  • Stay informed about airline policies, travel regulations, and promotional offerings, providing customers with up-to-date information.
  • Engage with customers proactively to understand their needs and offer personalized service solutions.
  • Participate in training programs to enhance your knowledge and skills related to customer service and aviation standards.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Norwegian and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, are a must.
  • Prior experience in customer service or the travel industry is preferred, particularly in aviation.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
  • Capable of working independently in a remote setting and managing time effectively.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills for managing inquiries accurately.
  • A genuine interest in travel and aviation is a plus; however, comprehensive training will be provided.
