Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Fluency in Danish is required, along with strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in a remote setting, will be considered an asset.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities combined with a positive attitude towards customer interactions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage customers professionally.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining quality service levels.
