As a Sales Development Representative – Level Two, you are an experienced and results-driven professional responsible for creating high-quality sales opportunities across the full Sophos product portfolio. In this advanced role, you go beyond individual performance metrics — driving innovation, mentoring peers, and helping shape the SDR organization’s strategies and campaigns.
You combine consistent execution with creative thinking, leveraging data, technology, and collaboration to uncover new business opportunities. Acting as a bridge between Marketing, Sales, and Operations, you provide valuable “boots-on-the-ground” insights that influence how the team engages the market and converts leads into meaningful conversations.
What You Will Do
Consistently exceed monthly quotas for qualified opportunity creation through both inbound lead management and proactive outbound prospecting.
Design and test new outbound campaigns, experimenting with messaging, sequencing, and personalization to improve engagement rates.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Enablement to provide actionable feedback on campaigns, messaging, and lead quality.
Act as a mentor and role model for other SDRs by sharing best practices, coaching on outreach techniques, and helping drive team-wide consistency and success.
Proactively analyze campaign performance and report insights to refine targeting and approach.
Maintain an organized and prioritized lead funnel; ensure timely follow-up on inbound inquiries in accordance with SLAs.
Execute high-volume, high-quality prospecting via phone, email, social media, and chat.
Conduct research on target companies to tailor outreach, understand decision-making structures, and identify key buying signals.
Effectively articulate Sophos’ value proposition, challenge prospects to think differently about cybersecurity, and qualify opportunities with precision.
Deliver detailed and actionable lead summaries to Sales Representatives and Partners that include pain points, key stakeholders, buying motivations, and competitive insights.
