What will you do?
Help Slovak-speaking customers solve technical issues for leading tech products via phone, chat, and email. With every issue you resolve, you’ll be making a difference, all while working from your cozy home setup in Greece! Your customer oriented approach ensure that every problem is resolved quickly and efficiently.
Your day-to-day:
- Answer questions and resolve issues for customers via phone, email and chat
- Use CRM tools to manage and track issues efficiently
- Ensure customer satisfaction by solving issues quickly and effectively
- Create a positive experience for each customer with friendly and professional communication
- Collaborate with your team and share feedback with management to keep improving

Requirements
Who are we looking for?
- Slovak and English: Fluent in Slovak and able to communicate in English (B2 level)
- Curiosity and a growth mindset: No need for prior customer service experience- just a desire to learn!
- Basic tech skills: Comfortable with computers and multitasking
- Communication skills: Good listening, problem solving and relationship-building abilities
- Greece: You are willing to relocate to Greece (at the company's expense)
