Junior Client Advisor (Account Management Internship)

Role overview

We’re looking for a motivated and sharp-minded intern based in Rome to support our Client Advisor team with clients and prospects located in the Rome area.

Your role will be hands-on, involving coordination of day-to-day activities, support for ongoing projects, and contributions to sales operations. If you're organised, proactive, and curious about digital strategy and consulting, this is a solid entry point.

What you'll do

• Support the Senior Client Advisor in managing relationships with clients and prospects in the Rome area.
• Assist in coordinating project activities and ensuring timely delivery of tasks and solutions.
• Help identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling across our services.
• Contribute to lead-generation workflows and keep CRM activities updated (HubSpot).
• Prepare presentations, reports, and status updates for internal and external use.
• Monitor competitors and market trends to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate remotely with the broader distributed team to improve processes and client experience.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills and a client-oriented mindset.
• Problem-solving attitude and ability to stay organised under pressure.
• Attention to detail and reliability in handling operational tasks.
• Good knowledge of Google Workspace or MS Office.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot is a plus).
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Proactivity, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
• Fluency in Italian and English (German is a plus)
• A bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields is valued.
