Thrive Scholars is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing high-achieving, diverse, and underrepresented students from under-resourced communities with the education and career opportunities they need to succeed in top colleges and meaningful careers. The organization offers programs such as a 6-Year Program, Thrive Academies, and OnRamp to support students from high school through early career, with a focus on data-driven strategies to achieve success in high-impact careers. Thrive Scholars aims to close the disparity in America's corporate leadership by ensuring its scholars not only graduate from top colleges but also excel in STEM fields and develop the necessary career skills and professional networks.
