Sense Finance is a decentralized finance platform that provides a fixed income infrastructure on the Ethereum blockchain. The company aims to make the financial system more resilient, accessible, transparent, and fair by allowing users to earn predictable returns, boosted yields, and profit from interest rate movements. Sense achieves this by decomposing variable yield-bearing assets into fixed-term assets, known as Principal Tokens (PT) and Yield Tokens (YT), which can be traded on Sense Space, a custom automated market maker (AMM). The platform offers users the flexibility to trade yields, earn at fixed rates, and provide liquidity, all while ensuring security with no new debt creation, liquidations, or risk of protocol insolvency.
