About Rocky Mountain Communities

Rocky Mountain Communities is a non-profit organization that has been dedicated to providing affordable housing solutions across Colorado for over 30 years. With a focus on holistic, resident-focused services, they develop, own, and manage housing communities, currently managing 10 affordable communities, including the award-winning Arroyo Village. They serve over 2,560 people, including 900+ children, and have assisted over 16,000 families since their founding in 1992. The organization offers programs and services aimed at promoting success, self-sufficiency, and independence, and actively engages with partners, donors, and volunteers to create brighter futures for all residents.
