Latinos for Education is the first national organization founded and led by Latinos dedicated to developing leadership pathways for Latinos in education. The organization focuses on increasing access and creating more equitable opportunities for Latino children, recognizing the growing demographic of Latino students, who will comprise a significant portion of the US population by 2050. By empowering Latino leaders within and outside the education sector, Latinos for Education aims to have a substantial impact on educational equity, advocating for more Latino educators and leaders in decision-making positions. Through initiatives like the Aspiring Latino Leaders Fellowship and LatinoED Talks, they are building networks and advocating for policy changes to support Latino students and families.
