Hello Neighbor is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, dedicated to supporting recently resettled refugee and immigrant families. Since its founding in 2017, the organization has helped over 3,500 individuals from more than 59 countries feel more comfortable and confident in their new lives. Hello Neighbor provides comprehensive support as soon as new arrivals land in Pittsburgh, including furnished housing, basic necessities, employment services, school enrollment support, cultural orientation, and English language classes. Their Family Services programs extend support beyond the initial resettlement period, ensuring that refugees and immigrants have a robust support system.
