Established in 2015, Generation provides training and career placement services to adults, especially those who face challenges in securing jobs due to factors such as limited access to education or socioeconomic barriers. The organization operates in 17 countries, including the USA, India, and Spain, and offers programs in high-demand sectors like technology, healthcare, and skilled trades. Generation's approach aims to sustain economic mobility and improve the workforce system, helping more than 125,000 graduates achieve better income and career prospects since its inception.
