About Gateway Center

Gateway Center is a homeless resource center located in downtown Atlanta dedicated to helping individuals and families experiencing homelessness transition to self-sufficiency and permanent housing. Through a variety of programs and services, Gateway Center focuses on housing placement and stability, health and wellness, job skills training and placement, family and community engagement, and adult and financial literacy. The organization provides specialized programs for veterans, individuals recovering from addiction, and families with children. Their mission is to create a community where homelessness is rare, brief, and non-recurring, by collaborating with partners and offering support that addresses the root causes of homelessness.
