ESHA is a national organization dedicated to supporting heads of independent Pre-K-8 schools across the United States. The association fosters a network for educational leaders to connect, collaborate, and exchange resources, ideas, and solutions. Through ESHA, members can access mentorship, templates for financial models, fundraising strategies, and peer support. The organization advocates for independent elementary and middle school headship by promoting collegiality, leadership, and work-life balance, while addressing unique challenges associated with leading Pre-K-8 institutions.
