About Elemental Excelerator

Elemental Impact is a nonprofit organization dedicated to scaling climate technologies with a focus on creating deep community impact. Originally known as Elemental Excelerator, the organization has invested in over 160 companies and deployed more than 100 projects since its inception in 2009. It has recently expanded its impact with new funds, including $100 million from the US EPA's Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund to support climate technology projects aimed at reducing greenhouse gas emissions and providing community benefits. Elemental Impact, supported by philanthropy and public funding, includes Earthshot Ventures, a venture fund launched in 2021. With offices in Honolulu, New York City, Washington DC, and San Francisco, Elemental Impact continues to innovate and support climate entrepreneurs through evolving investment strategies and vehicles.
