About Education Design Lab

Education Design Lab is an innovative organization dedicated to transforming the education landscape. The Lab focuses on creating learner-centric solutions for the New Majority Learner by designing and validating educational programs and pathways that enhance skills and employment opportunities. Specializing in areas such as micro-pathways, digital micro-credentialing, and skills-based hiring, they collaborate with over 1,200 colleges and organizations, as well as employers, to implement and scale solutions. Their work aims to bridge the gap between education and workforce needs, ensuring equity and accessibility for diverse learner populations, including rural communities and single parents.
