DHIS2 is an open-source software platform developed collaboratively by the HISP Centre at the University of Oslo and a network of local groups across multiple continents, including Africa, Asia, the Middle East, and the Americas. Widely adopted in over 80 countries, it facilitates the collection, validation, analysis, visualization, and sharing of health and other sectoral data, supporting decision-makers at all levels. DHIS2 plays a crucial role in health information management, disease surveillance, education, logistics, and climate-health information systems. With customizable features and extensive security options, it serves as a comprehensive tool for data management, empowering communities worldwide to make informed decisions.
